Thankful Thursday

This will be my first time to participate in Thankful Thursday. But there are a lot of things to be thankful for in my life, and I do not say it often enough. I look forward to getting into this every week.

I am thankful for our Heavenly Father, His love, His patience, His guidance, His forgiveness, His will and His peace.

I am thankful for Iris, who runs this meme and reminds us to be thankful.

I am thankful for friends. Becki, Christina, Heather, Lara, Teri and all my friends here in blogging land.

I am thankful for special communities like Moms of Faith and Moms of Grace.

I am thankful for BlogMommas and their great contest. Ro and her wonderful talent. And Faith Filled Wives great new look!

I am thankful for my family. My loving wonderful husband, who makes me want to be a better wife and mom. My great boys, who keep me on my toes, yet still love me. My sister, who is going through a very tough time right now. My niece who is also hurting right now.

My brother and his wife, and their children. Such a blessing to have them in my life.

    You first thankful list is wonderful. Family is the greatest God can surround us with. I know it is hard to stay always positive in a darkened world, but with His help and our thankful heart we can do it…I will have to check out some links I am not familiar with :)

    Thanks for sharing your list, Melissa! I’m new at Thankful Thursday (my second week), and have already been so blessed to find the blogs of so many women who are strong in their faith.

    I noticed you’re doing WW. Me, too, since March of last year!
