Peace… for a little while
I prayed about which church to attend and the one that Ray was already attending on Wednesdays kept coming up, so we started attending Central Baptist Church on Sunday mornings. It is a big church with lots of activities for the children and youth, but it has the small church feel to it. It just felt like home.
Wednesday nights, I attended a bible study, led by CoCo Mullins. CoCo is such a great speaker and teacher. Sundays I attend the Women in the Word class, led by Dr. Katheryn Presley. The ladies in this class are so wise and loving. It feels like home.
Moosey has stayed active with the youth on Wednesdays, and Sunday nights, but that is for another entry.
Boog attended Kid’s Town and Sunday School on Sundays. AWANAs on Wednesday. But again, that is for another entry.
I surrounded myself with Godly influences. I was offered a job at the Christian Bookstore, in the mall. It was the hand of God moving. I took the job. Things were great, but satan was not happy. I learned so much about the Bible while I was at the bookstore. I loved going to work every day. It just felt right. Things just seemed to be falling into place.
